So, instead of delivering on Monday (which would have been bad, but it still would have been delivered) they canceled it the night it was supposed to be dropped off. I love that they are offering be 20 bucks off my next order that they do not deliver. So, if you do not want your flowers delivered go with FTD. Very disappointing.
On to our regularly scheduled rambling.
Same thing happened to us this year. We confirmed our order to be delivered on Friday and on Saturday we had to call and find out WTF was going on. It's Sunday now and we have no idea if they're getting a delivery or not. FTD = Fail To Deliver
